Kevin Jeffers

Mr. Jeffers received his undergraduate degree from The University of Cincinnati in 1982 with a major in accounting and his law degree from Capital University in 1988. Mr. Jeffers has been licensed as a CPA and as an attorney for nearly 40 years.

Mr. Jeffers has consulted with businesses through some of their toughest times and he uses that experience for the benefit of all customers, whether in traditional roles of corporate legal representation, financial reporting and taxation, or in non-traditional areas of representation, forensic auditing, business valuation, expansion, turn-arounds or start-ups.

Mr. Jeffers has extensive experience in risk management and assessment as well as managing complex worldwide litigation.

Matthew Maxim

Matthew received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1983, and worked for Borden and Sherex Chemical through 1993. In 1996, Mr. Maxim passed the Uniform CPA Examination and joined the firm as an associate. Mr. Maxim excels in customer relations and concentrates on matters of risk assessment, internal accounting control and financial reporting.
