Kevin Jeffers

Mr. Jeffers received his undergraduate degree from The University of Cincinnati in 1982, GO BEARCATS! with a major in accounting and his law degree from Capital University in 1988. Mr. Jeffers has retired his CPA license and continues to practice as an attorney as he has for nearly 40 years.

Mr. Jeffers has consulted with businesses through some of their toughest times and he uses that experience for the benefit of all customers, whether in traditional roles of corporate legal representation, financial reporting and taxation, or in non-traditional areas of representation, sales and purchases of business interests, financial investigations, business valuation, expansion, turn-arounds or start-ups.

Mr. Jeffers has extensive experience in risk management and assessment as well as managing complex worldwide litigation in the role of general counsel.
